Provided product marketing creative support to the Global Workplace Solutions [GWS] business segment [which generated $5.8B in revenue in Q1 2024] in many of its sectors including: Facilities Management [FM], Smart FM, Sustainability, Project Management, Industrial & Logistics, Retail, CBRE Host [CBRE’s concierge service] and other FM services.
Designed promotional material, presentations
[MS PowerPoint], strategy guides [Adobe InDesign], social media posts [static, animated, and video posts, created in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or MS PowerPoint], promotional videos [created in Adobe Premiere Pro, MS PowerPoint, or through oversight with a vendor], data visualizations [Adobe Illustrator, Infogram], and landing pages for specific projects [Ceros].Many of these materials were used for events, conferences, sales pitches, and kept in a constantly evolving library from which sales teams and marketing teams could pull and tailor to their specific needs.
Partnered with marketing teams to develop creative solutions within CBRE’s brand, and ensured documents submitted by the GWS teams complied with brand guidelines.
As a team, we created and developed a tier system using AirTable to communicate the level of significance/importance of any given project or its individual deliverables that was readily adopted by the business lines we supported, and eventually other creative teams created their own systems using ours.
Supported the CBRE Women’s Network by creating handbound journals awarded to the Most Outstanding Chapter in the 2023 Women’s Network Awards and a handbound album for a retiring member in 2024.
Was a member of CBRE’s Creative Talent Platform [CTP], which supports the company's creative community [approximately 150 members].
Led the 2023 CTP Awards & Recognition [A&R] committee:
Spearheaded the inaugural Global Marketing Awards as a company-wide annual event that internally recognized and honored CBRE’s creatives and marketing teams across the globe.
Worked with a steering committee appointed by the CMO to determine planning and logistics for timeline, submission gathering, trophy selection and design [4-color print directly on wood], telecomms, submission review, and digital event planning and materials.
Ran the 2023 CBRE Holiday Card contest, encouraging CBRE’s creatives to submit designs and reviewing submissions with the A&R committee for submission of finalists to creative and brand leadership for winner selection.
Promoted external wins and honors of other creatives and marketers within the company.
Mentored four creatives through the CTP Mentorship program in three years resulting in the promotion of one Junior Graphic Designer to Graphic Designer, and one Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer. All four mentees expressed satisfaction with the mentorship program, noting a deepened knowledge of creative tools, expression, and career growth navigation.

High-profile clients often required traveling to New York City and San Francisco to provide on-the-spot design or graphic solutions to finalize presentations or documentation.
Championed the C&W brand by working creatively within its standards to represent the company to clients such as Adobe, Google, FedEx, AstraZeneca, Harley-Davidson, IMF, NASA, et al.
Worked closely with Proposal Managers to determine the need for either a brand standard template, or conceive of and execute a custom design for pursuits.
Brainstormed and developed a standard for prioritizing pursuits to foster clear and concise communication of expectations from all aspects of the greater team that grew into a GOS-wide pursuit grading standard.
